Digital Products and Subscriptions

• Video Courses and Subscriptions: You may cancel your purchase of a video course or subscription (e.g., access to trading journals or live trading sessions) within 6 hours from the time of purchase. Upon cancellation, your access to the course or subscription will be terminated, and a refund may be issued as outlined below.
• Online Workshops: You may cancel your registration for an online workshop up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable due to limited seating (maximum 100 participants) and preparatory costs.
• Offline Workshops: Cancellations for in-person workshops are accepted up to 7 days before the event date. Cancellations after this period are non-refundable due to venue and material commitments.

How to Cancel

We will confirm receipt and process your request within 1-2 business days. No questions will be asked for cancellations within the grace period, though we may request feedback to improve our services.

• No Questions Asked: We process eligible refunds without requiring extensive justification, though we may ask for feedback to improve our offerings.
• Service Charges: A minimal service charge of 5% of the purchase amount and operational charge 12% of the purchase amount may be deducted to cover payment processing and administrative costs.
• Non-Refundable Services: Offline workshop registrations are non-refundable after the cancellation deadline due to fixed costs (e.g., venue, materials). Online workshops are non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation window.

• Free Workshops: Free online or offline workshops are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is involved.
